Erisco’s battery-less smart padlock together with Erisco’s app allows users to open and close locks, authenticating and harvesting power via NFC from their mobile phones. The Erisco lock is never online. Modern cryptography techniques are used to maintain certificates on users’ apps to allow and remove access to particular locks, and to allow for sharing of permissions or override functionality.
